On June 23, 2016, Harlequin Productions opens Little Shop of Horrors, the classic musical by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. The show runs until July 24 at the State Theater in downtown Olympia.
One of the most popular Broadway musicals of all time, this sci-fi and comedic horror musical features an electrifying 1960s-inspired pop/rock score, including such iconic songs as “Suddenly Seymour,” “Somewhere That’s Green,” and “Feed Me.” Little Shop of Horrors is based on the 1960 B-horror satire of the same name and inspired the 1986 film starring Rick Moranis and Steve Martin.
