Day of Rejuvenation: Women’s Retreat

Come relax, renew and reconnect with YOU! A special day of Self Care, Self Love and Finding Your Center. This day long retreat will be filled with sweet little reminders about the importance to fill our cup first. We will share in art, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, talking circles, dance, positive affirmations, a healthy snack with tea and an opportunity to recreate sisterhood.
