Comic artist Phil Yeh will take participants through the process of creating a comic strip, including how to create unique characters and infuse comics with humor. This intergenerational program is open to ALL AGES. Phil Yeh is known as “the godfather of the graphic novel” and has been creating and teaching comic art since the 1970s. Sponsored by the Friends of the Lacey Timberland Library. This event is part of Summer Reading, a Timberland Regional Library district-wide program.
