More than 70 employers across a variety of fields and industries will be on hand to share career information with students, recruit new employees, conduct informational interviews, and more. The College’s WSECU Center for Career Services hosts the event and will be on hand to provide information and resources to students. These resources include job search strategies, resume review, interviewing techniques, and more. Career Day also offers job hunters the opportunity to network with businesses in the Thurston County community.
The Career Day event begins at 10 a.m., and runs through 2 p.m. The event is held in the college’s gymnasium (Building 31), and is open to the public.
All prospective job hunters are encouraged to dress professionally for possible on-the-spot interviews and bring copies of their resume.
