Local historian and Public History Manager of the Olympia Tumwater Foundation’s local history program “Heritage Builders”, Don Trosper, is guiding a weekly free Tumwater history walking tour along the Deschutes River trail every Thursday morning at 10:30 – 11:30 until and September 15. It’s open to all ages and begins outside the Falls Park office overlooking the beautiful upper falls and fish ladders. Reservations not required, although we do limit each group to 30 people.
