Thurston Community Media
Community Channel

Thurston Community Media is a digital media production, training, and distribution center located on Olympia’s westside. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under contract to Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and Thurston County. Our programming is seen on channels 3, 22, 26, and 77 on Comcast cable system in Thurston County and on 3, 22, and 23 on the Fairpoint system in Yelm. You can also find our content online via our Video On-Demand and YouTube channel. Our programming is also available throughout North America through our Roku channel.

For 30 years, our community has produced a prolific catalogue of hundreds of thousands of hours of content related to the greater Thurston County region. We’ve mentored hundreds of local media producers and content creators on making their own media. Membership is open to all individuals, organizations, and government agencies.

We believe that community media is a powerful tool for empowering citizens and building stronger communities. Learn more at
