Back from a recent trip to England, Scotland and Ireland, Leanne shares some of the favorite dishes that she tasted there. To start, try her Mussels with Roasted Red Peppers and Chorizo, similar to the dish she had at The Mussel Inn in Edinburgh and Halloumi with Barley and Rocket Salad, much like the one she had at The Horse and Groom Pub in the English Cotswolds. She’ll re-create the fabulous Steak and Ale Beef Pie that she so enjoyed at The House of Trembling Madness in York, England and to finish the menu, she’ll make Banofee Pie, the popular and amazingly good banana, toffee and cream treat she had at tea time at the Lemon Leaf Café in Kinsale, Ireland. Come and spend an evening of lovely food and photos! Complementary beer pairing.
