Drivers using northbound Interstate 5 through Nisqually are encouraged to plan extra travel time Saturday night through Sunday morning. Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will reduce northbound I-5 to a single-lane in order to perform concrete panel repairs.
9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 5, through 10:00 a.m. Sunday, May 6
Northbound I-5 approaching Nisqually will reduce to a single-lane.
Drivers may encounter delays, especially during late morning hours.
This work is weather-dependent and could be rescheduled.
