Annali Snyder a student at Capital High School, served as a page this week in the Washington State House of Representatives. Sponsored by Speaker of the House Frank Chopp (D-Seattle), Annali is the daughter of Jennifer Snyder and Bradley Snyder of Olympia. Pages perform a wide variety of responsibilities, from presenting the flags to distributing amendments on the House floor. In addition to contributing to the efficient operation of the Legislature, pages receive daily civics instruction, draft their own bills, and participate in mock committee hearings.  As a freshman this year, Annali made it onto her school’s varsity soccer team. Annali also enjoys playing with her dog and little brother.
