Providence St. Peter Foundation Board of Directors has recently elected new officers. Rick Middleton, President & CEO of Anderson-Middleton Company was elected to serve as president. Richard “Mick” Phillips, founding member of Phillips Burgess, PLLC was elected as vice president. Joyce Targus, former President & CEO of Frost & Company, PS, was elected as treasurer. Each officer will serve a two-year term. Pat Gilmer, M.D., will serve as immediate past president.
In addition, the Foundation elected three new members to its board of directors. Joining the board are Gregory W. Allen, M.D., Ph.D., a board-certified radiation oncologist with RadiantCare Radiation Oncology; Mary S. Gibbons, M.D., a board-certified family physician and long-time community volunteer; and Andrew J. Kapust, D.D.S., a board-certified orthodontist and pediatric dentist recognized as a Diplomate of The American Board of Orthodontics and The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Each new board member will serve a three-year term.
“We are very proud to have these new members joining us,” says Middleton. “They are passionate about the Providence Mission and have continuously worked to help support compassionate health care in our community.”
Retiring from the board after a combined 29 years of service are Larry Brooke, Ron Molitor, D.V.M. and Cynthia Worth.
