Submitted by Bron Lindgren for Bron’s Automotive

As many of you already know, Ken Mitchell, our Service Manager, retired last fall.  Ken was instrumental in helping me grow Bron’s Automotive and I want to thank him for his years of service.

With Ken’s retirement came the opportunity to hire a new Service Manager, someone who will help me expand Bron’s Automotive even further.  Our customer demand has increased over these past six months, so much that we now have three full time certified technicians on staff to serve you.  Running a larger team, while maintaining a high level of customer service, required me to find an exceptional Service Manager.

I am pleased to announce that I have found such a person in Joey Crider.  Joey came on board as our new Service Manager in early March and has quickly gotten up to speed.  He brings a strong commitment to superior customer service and partnering with customers in the service of their vehicles.  Joey is a great communicator and the customers that have already worked with Joey are giving me very positive feedback.

Joey has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.  His father was a mechanic for the US Army and working on cars was a common occurrence growing up, so this job is in his blood.  Joey is a huge Crimson Tide fan having been born and raised in Alabama.  He spent time in Montana before moving to Olympia in 2001.  His wife Jolean is an EEG Technician at Tacoma General Hospital and they have three sons.  Joey is active in the community and coaches his boys in the Cal Ripken (Black Hills) Baseball League and South Sound Baseball League.  And yes, he is also a Mariner’s and Seahawks fan.

Please feel free to stop by and meet Joey.  I have every confidence that he will be able to deliver the service standards that are the heart of Bron’s Automotive.
