Join us as we get downtown Olympia ready for Spring Arts Walk 2015. This year’s spring Downtown Clean Up is scheduled for April 18 from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Check-‐in location is the backend of the Olympia Press Building, 115 State Ave. NE (behind McMenamins Spar Café, access off Capitol Way).
With the support of the Parking Business Improvement Area(PBIA), the City of Olympia and Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU), the Olympia Downtown Association (ODA) will be able to provide equipment, cleaning supplies and a FREE catered lunch to the volunteers.
No special skills needed, just a willingness to donate some time to sprucing up downtown Olympia.This is a great way for students to get their community service hours as well. Forms will be available the day of event for students wishing to use the experience toward service hour requirements.
