hirschHirsch Center for Integrative Medicine is supporting you in a little spring cleaning. Our 21-Day Detox and Cleanse is a structured program that combines whole foods, supplements and nutritious shakes. The menu includes an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruit with select proteins.

Why Cleanse?

Naturally occurring toxins that build up in the body can contribute to:

  • A stuffy head
  • Fatigue or difficulty sleeping
  • Indigestion and other gastrointestinal upset
  • Food cravings and weight gain
  • Reduced mental clarity
  • Low libido

Some of the possible benefits of participating in a cleanse –

  • Improved weight management
  • Increased energy
  • Better digestion
  • Less bloating
  • Clearer skin
  • Shinier hair
  • Better sleep
  • Clearer thinking
