Saint Martin's Trick Or TreatTrick-or-treaters from the Saint Martin’s and greater South Sound community are invited to join University students on Saturday, October 26, from 1-4 p.m. for a trick-or-treating tour in Saint Martin’s Residence Halls. The trick-or-treating tour will begin and conclude in Spangler Hall lobby (building 15), at the Saint Martin’s Lacey campus, 5000 Abbey Way SE. Parking will be available to community guests in the Spangler parking lot (Lot I). Signs will direct guests to the event.

Student tour guides will lead children and their families through the residence halls to trick-or-treat at students’ rooms. In addition to a variety of sweets and candies for the trick-or-treaters, hot cocoa and cider will be provided. Costumes are encouraged and the first 200 children will be given a free Halloween trick-or-treat bag.

Other activities will include Halloween movies and cookie decorating. Children will also receive a souvenir photo of themselves in costume.

This event is hosted by Saint Martin’s University Housing and Residence Life, and over 100 resident volunteers.

“It is so terrific to welcome children from the Lacey community to Saint Martin’s University and provide them with a fun and safe Halloween experience,” says Janie Sacco, residence director at Saint Martin’s. “Our students really enjoy continuing this yearly tradition in the Residence halls.”
