Just in time for Thanksgiving, Westport Winery is releasing a new vintage of Rapture of the Deep, their sparkling cranberry wine. This latest endeavor takes this double gold medal winning wine from fine to sublime with its tart fruit and bubbles galore. Winemaker Dana Roberts has captured the perfect connection between the famous cranberry coast berries and the world of champagne.
With the holidays in mind, this wine pairs perfectly with poultry, pork and beef dishes. It’s also a delicious drink with appetizers or a delightful companion with pumpkin pie. It’s a great wine to include with brunch and enjoyable into an evening by the fire with dessert.
