Whether it’s clothing or crafts, house wares or gourmet goodies, if it’s handmade by you right here in the South Sound region, then the Thurston County Fair’s annual Holiday Bazaar is the place to get your creations into the hands of holiday shoppers.
Vendor booths are available for the annual holiday gift market at the Thurston County Fairgrounds on November 23 and 24. Call the Thurston County Fair Office at (360) 786-5453 to reserve your booth:
• $105 for a standard booth of 9×8 feet
• $160 for an extra-large booth of 120+ square feet—only 2 extra-large booths available!
The Holiday Bazaar will be on Friday, November 23 from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday, November 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Set up for sellers will be on Wednesday from noon—6 p.m., and Friday from 8—11:30 a.m. before the gates open for shoppers at noon.
There will be plenty of holiday shoppers searching for something special and unique that will make the perfect gift. The first Holiday Bazaar event in 2011 hosted over 100 vendors and nearly 5000 shoppers. This year’s event features a raffle and carriage rides, making it a fun event for the whole family, and free admission also makes it affordable.
Shoppers at the 2012 Holiday Bazaar are also encouraged to spread the holiday cheer by bringing non-perishable food donations for the Thurston County Food Bank.
