HARRISON AVENUE NIGHT PAVING POSTPONED

Night paving and striping originally planned for the week of May 30, 2011, on Harrison Avenue from Yauger Way to Rosewood Court has been cancelled due to rain.  Paving operations have been rescheduled to the week of June 6, 2011, weather permitting.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

  • Expect traffic delays during paving.  Flaggers will assist motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians through the construction area. 

 

  • To reduce traffic impacts during paving, motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and avoid the construction area. 

 

  • Driveway access to businesses and residences will remain open. 

 

  • Olympia Police and Fire vehicles will have access through the project at all times.

 

  • School and transit buses will have access through the construction area.
