Capitol Forest Trail Update (Trail 8 and 6) : Great!

Today,  reporters headed in to the Olympia Capitol Forest to see how the trail conditions are out of the Fall Creek area (trails 8 and 6) after the winter months. After a few miles the team decided that today and this weekend will be some of the best trail conditions of the season. The trails are dry (but not dusty), hard and very smooth. All the trail maintenance work from the folks at Friends of Capitol Forest has paid off greatly for mountain bikers to enjoy. Way to go and thank you!

I know some people who will be riding bikes this weekend in Thurston County rather than skiing — it is that good! See you on the trails.
