Applications are now being accepted for offices in the Small Business Incubator. Successful applicants will be either start-up, young or expanding businesses looking to increase their success.

According to the Small Business Administration, being in an incubator increases first year businesses’ survival rate from 25% to 80%.

The Incubator provides high quality space for companies to conduct business including use of two conference rooms with multi-media access and a work center.

Services include high speed Internet access and use of office equipment (fax, copier, postage equipment, etc). There is also assistance with small business financing, and education in accounting, human resources, marketing and other business disciplines through workshops and consulting.

Combined, these services provide significantly lower overhead costs and one-on-one service that aids growth and success.
